At Rayah, every piece is individually sourced and carefully inspected before it reaches you. We take great care in preparing and delivering each order, ensuring your purchase arrives securely and in excellent condition.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch. Delivery times are as follows:

United Arab Emirates: 5–10 working days
GCC: 6–12 working days
International: 7–14 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the piece, destination, and delivery circumstances. Where a piece can be delivered sooner, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Express & Same-Day Delivery

Express and same-day delivery may be available for select pieces and are arranged on a case-by-case basis through our Connected Concierge.

If you require an urgent delivery, please contact our team before or immediately after placing your order, and we will advise on the available options.

Shipping Charges

Delivery within the UAE is complimentary.

For deliveries to the GCC and international destinations, shipping charges are calculated based on the order and delivery location.

All shipments are fully insured door to door and handled by a trusted delivery partner.

High-Value Deliveries

For pieces of significant value, Rayah may arrange discreet hand-delivery in unbranded packaging. A signature will be required upon receipt.

If a third party is receiving the piece on your behalf, their name and phone number must be provided in advance, and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the client.

These charges are not included in the product price or international shipping fee and may vary depending on the destination country's regulations.

Delivery Responsibility

Rayah takes every reasonable measure to ensure your order is securely packaged, insured, and delivered through a trusted delivery partner. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of Rayah's control, including customs clearance, local regulations, or delays with the delivery provider.
